Seriously though, I was thrilled the moment the post came up (almost as if I'd been waiting for it, regardless of having been unaware of it even being in the making :)), devoured the text in a way I don't normally ingest articles, and loved every bit. I'm especially happy to hear that the donations can mostly go to people instead of hosting, I was vaguely worried how the recent mastodon performance developments would affect LURK..
So: Cheers for being such a wonderful team at the helm, I can truthfully say that being on post.lurk really openend up new windows into reality for me. What a ride! :1000:
