My last #selfie for the algorithm before I deleted IG last weekend. Goodbye after 12 yrs + 50k followers 👋🏾 I couldn’t have done it if I hadn’t gained some traction here, so thank you for following.

I grew up in #punkrock and #anarchist organizing, so moving to #NonCorporate and #decentralized social media feels full circle. I want my #pottery to be part of a future of thought that represents progress and liberation.

@Nonya_Bidniss thanks, I have referred others to @pixelfed but I’m tired of photo-only posting because as an entrepreneur it can lead to constant self-promotion. (I think IG algo encourages this.) I want to be able to share ideas, articles, information, not just pics.

@potterybyosa Then I would choose to start here. Pictures are more than welcome here. My feed is full of artists and hashtags like #SilentSunday. That I have way more beauty than anything else. But my conversations are also here.

Pixelfed is a way to curate a large photo only feed, which might be good for business? I don’t know because I don’t have a business. 😀

But I will talk about almost anything. 😎
