Yesterday was a nice relaxing small batch of Flying monkey’s Juicy Ass IPA clone.
Used experimental yeast harvested from brewery, frozen, then months later mixed with frozen sample of SAF-05 🤞

Black IPA Brew Day
Psyched for the Robobrew setup on a timer!
I prepped my water last night in the garage and put my heat belt plugged into my Inkbird for 12°C with insulated windshield reflector, just to prevent freezing or damaging the pump. It’s currently -11°C outside, 2°C in the garage…so a little overkill but was curious if the temp would hold overnight, and it did.

Taking and maintaining searchable notes at work has become a chore and impossible task. 🧵
I used to use an open source wiki client for years, WikidPad. I loved connecting and making links and using Word has never honestly worked for me. OneNote has promise but my work client is refusing to sync to M365 browser, and my IT Admin has disable Chrome plugin to copy and paste?!

Was delicious gingerbeard tasting ale. Looked great as holiday brew.
I thought the branding was damn clever and had me thinking of ideas for next year.
Was a little under carbonated (which was a relief TBH, we’re all human in this club).
5% ABV, nice dessert brew after dinner… well done! 👏

I’ve submitted a formal request / ticket to #littlefreelibrary contact page to update the social links on their site/app.
Requesting specifically if they’ll allow #Mastodon link rather than #bluebird .
As it stands now you verify valid bluebird links. I argue it would be a nice feature to allow federated links and more inline with the ethics and values of the LBL mission.
(Less Nazi bar is always a win IMO)
