Restricting H1Bs means no one gets to move to the U.S. unless they are married to a citizen, related to one. It’s the only thing most of us have got.

@skinnylatte @spaf H1B is the reason why I don't want to live in US again. If I haven't left US, I'd probably be on DACA right now.

And that's another can of worms which also would've meant that I'd have to marry a citizen if I didn't want to risk getting deported.

US immigration system is broken in general and needs reforms.
