Trying to imagine how the press would cover a ketamine-fueled George #Soros running around DC locking out career public servants and installing 20-something anti-fascists to subvert government agencies and I just can’t do it. I don’t have that kind of imagination.

I was expecting there to be a few GOP senators who took their oaths seriously enough to sink Trump's most ludicrous nominees--the ones that are both dangerous and also just an embarrassment to the country--and fold on his other vicious, unqualified wingnuts.

Finally seeing some green shoots of fightiness from the #Dems.

It’s been pretty demoralizing watching so many of them conducting business as usual or griping about the price of guacamole but better late than never.

Maybe Musk’s blatantly illegal coup is shaking some of them out of their slumber.

Any member of the House can file articles of impeachment under a privileged resolution against Trump for selling the federal government to the biggest donor of all time and shirking his duty to take care that the laws are faithfully executed. It would be tabled, but it would also be covered.
