Musk invested $270 million to buy control of the government, and the value of his stake in #Tesla has grown by $65 billion since Trump won despite "a disappointing financial report that would have sunk the stock of nearly any other company."

That's quite a ROI, and it doesn't include Starlink, SpaceX, etc.

@JoshuaHolland I'm avoiding mutual funds with Tesla in them - the company is not doing well and can't sustain itself at the current rate.

@JoshuaHolland So yesterday, the stock markets crashed because Trump "imposed tariffs on Canada and Mexico." Then Trump had a press conference at which he announced he had paused the tariffs for 30 days because Canada and Mexico had committed to some actions he wanted.

Stocks magically recovered. I'll bet serious money that those Sons Of Business™ bought the dip they created!
