Hardware übrig hast Du keine mehr? Muss man sich überlegen wie lange Du mehr Strom verbrauchen kannst wenn Du dein altes Board und CPU benutzt. RAID würde ich in Hardware nicht machen. PVE und zfs, je nach Plattenplatz nicht am RAM sparen
