@coreysnipes @sarahdalgulls Really interesting to me right now. Not sure when I'll have any time, but I definitely want to check this out. I'd love something that could identify trees/forests which this appears to do, and also houses & building foot prints. That would get 90% of what I'm dreaming of at the moment. Oh, and hopefully it could process jpg or png, not just geotiff, let me worry about the coordinate mapping. I've been fiddling with draping google/bing textures over SRTM terrain in panda3d/python and it looks quite nice already, but adding some 3d object decorations would be [chef's kiss emoji]
