Der #CavoloNero (#Schwarzkohl) ist ein bisschen ähnlich dem #Grünkohl, etwas straffer von der Struktur und erdiger im Geschmack. In diesem Rezept wir die Erdigkeit gut durch die Frische von Limette, frischen Kräutern + Joghurt kontrastiert.
