Der #CavoloNero (#Schwarzkohl) ist ein bisschen ähnlich dem #Grünkohl, etwas straffer von der Struktur und erdiger im Geschmack. In diesem Rezept wir die Erdigkeit gut durch die Frische von Limette, frischen Kräutern + Joghurt kontrastiert.

Den #CavoloNero (#Schwarzkohl) schneiden + mit der Limette + dem Einweichwasser SalzPfeffer in die Pfanne geben.

Ist der Kohl weich, noch frischen #Dill + #Petersilie unterrühren.

[#]Joghurt mit getrockneter #Minze + Salz verrühren, auf Teller streichen, den Cavolo Nero dazugeben + mit Frühlingszwiebeln bestreuen.

Ich habe noch etwas fein gehackte #Salzzitrone zugegeben.

[#]Zwiebel mit den Limetten anbraten, #Knoblauch + #Zimt zugeben. Die Limetten entfernen + klein hacken. Viel #Dill #Petersilie + #Frühlingszwiebeln zugeben + braten, bis die Kräuter dunkelgrün sind.

Mir war die Malerin Dora Hitz (1853-1924) bisher gar kein Begriff. Sie war mit Max Liebermann Gründungsmitglied der Berliner Secession und hatte eine eigene Malschule. Ihre Portraits sind bemerkenswert und ihr Stil hat sich ständig gewandelt.
