@admin They were. Maybe not directly, but after they set up the bridge to Bluesky by following bsky.brid.gy@bsky.brid.gy, the account disappeared from my follow list and I couldn't see their posts. After I notified them and they stopped following bsky.brid.gy@bsky.brid.gy, they became available to me again.
