Long ago I learned to keep copies of anything of professional value on my own computer (it's fair use). If it's too unwieldy to fit (say medical images) then buy a book with representative samples.

I think the goal is much more direct than that. It’s to destroy the value. The federal research in monitoring brings to the nation.
