"In a public FB post, the group called on volunteers to watch over Home Depot parking lots for ICE/Border Patrol agents. A flyer from the group read, 'We need support with ICE/Border Patrol watch shifts, [and] you will be trained.'"

For those of us around Pasadena, is there a group (like the one in Pomona mentioned here) that will train us? There is a Home Depot close by and if ICE is targeting Home Depots, I'd like to go & cause some good trouble, as John Lewis said.

Totally agree. Reading this article, though, and learning about a group in Pomona that is training people to intervene in some capacity seems like a thing I could and need to do.

@cindyweinstein I was giving this some thought as I was driving home. I live in an area with a very large Hispanic population due to the agriculture going on around here. I'm sure it won't be long before I see guys in ICE jackets. I want to know what I can safely do to help people.

It's also going to be very interesting to see how harvest goes this year if they don't let farmworkers in. We get an influx every summer, all on visas, mostly bussed up legally from Central America.

@cindyweinstein #HomeDepot was founded by #bernieMarcus a #MAGAmoron supporter who vowed to support #MAGAmoron in 2024 even if convicted of a crime. HD probably keeps a list of suspected undocumented #Latinos.
