My Hot Take™ for the month: Chatbots are the customer-service equivalent of Electron desktop “apps”:

• Nobody external to the business would choose to use them, because they’re functionally worse.

• They externalise their costs.

• They suck.

@rubenerd I get that this is just a hot take, but it seems a bit forced. There's more of a scale to Electron apps. People love Obsidian for instance 🤷
