@matthew @jessie @RuthMalan It's funny how many jobs with the word "senior" in their title pay in this range. Is this a competitive salary these days? I haven't worked much in a while, but it does seem low.

@tito_swineflu “Senior” is a mid-career title at best anymore. “Staff” and “Principal” are the titles that get top individual contributor pay.
