Me: I’d love to knit something simple and mindless over my vacation, maybe socks?

Me to me: How about this vest with German short rows which you haven’t done in years 👏🏼🧶

(Well I can turn sock heels so I can do short rows fine, but I haven’t done neckline shaping forever)

@I_am_a_plant I am casting on at the moment! The FO is a vest which I’d love to add to my wardrobe for the season so that’s my motivation.
