Actual #ADHD life hack: incorporate gadgets into your least favorite chores! I recently purchased a Dremel Versa (rotary sponge/brush tool) for deep cleaning tasks and some electric scissors for breaking down cardboard boxes. Seems silly, but the added novelty has helped me follow through more consistently.

@nmoo the general rule would sound like "put the cool stuff around the boring tasks, so you get the dopamine rush from it". I did that with mountain hiking long time ago - I wanted to start back mountain hiking after years of pause but I didn't want to. So I bought mountain bike to do downhills or start doing mountain barbecues with the sole purpose to go eat somewhere up. This moved the actual focus of the hiking to the "awaited" downhill or baked meet. This way I cheated my #adhd brain.

@nmoo this is truly such a good life hack for me. I'm not being materialistic :( people don't understand my fascination with gadgets! it's to keep me engaged with painfully boring tasks!

@nmoo this is me and a Dreame hendheld vacuum cleaner (think of it as a cheaper but still pretty high quality Chinese Dyson), it almost makes vacuuming fun!

@nmoo or just gets jobs done faster, before getting bored?
So often enjoy what you put up here, Nate. This one got me thinking, but not sure I'll know the right track on this one :) (respect)
