Got a smart switch and installed it the other day, and I gotta say, this was a lot cheaper than replacing all the (perfectly adequate, LED-powered) bulbs in the ceiling light with smart/connected ones; but whoah it took a whole lot of wrangling to do it right and squeeze all of these things back into the wall box 😅

(PS: looove these flippy WAGO electrical wiring connectors 🩵)

In the winter, inevitably, these giant snow-piles show up all around Tallinn. At some point, I've taken to throwing treats up and having my dogs look for it: it's good nosework(=brainwork) and good physical workout (balance, climbing) so there is really no drawback… except @lumi will now climb onto every single one of these, looking for treats :blobfoxangrylaugh:

It's pretty funky how the Matrix folks had to build, like, an entire rig of hundreds of cameras to shoot a slowmo orbiting-camera footage that is everywhere these days.

Well that was also almost three decades ago so I guess it is not that surprising that the tech caught up 🙃
