Yesterday night's #kettlebell workout.

reps > 10 are reverse ladders. (15 -> 5, 4, 3, 2, 1)

Was able to increase weight for overhead press at both 8kg and 12kg (which means I did an additional set for those since I do reverse latters).

Next workout I will focus on adding a few reps for deadlifts.

Fernsehgerät ist futsch. Irgendwelche Empfehlungen für ein non-Smart Gerät? (primär wird eh über AppleTV geschaut).

nach "schneller" Recherche gibts entweder Geräte für Hotels (die qualitativ nicht überzeugen), oder man muss nach Business Geräten schauen, aber so richtig finde ich da auf die schnelle nix.

Vielleicht dann doch ein Bildschirm ohne TV-Tuner?

Bin über alle Hinweise dankbar die mir Stundenlange recherche ersparen...

Diese Woche auf Arbeit inspiriert worden mir nochmal Python's "yield" Statement anzuschauen. Um es ein bisschen besser zu verstehen hab ichs nun in #Scheme mit call/cc nachimplementiert. Eigentlich so ein kleiner "Es werde Licht" moment, sowas wie das yield statement einfach durch einen Prozeduraufruf ersetzen zu können.

Andererseits glaube ich nicht unmittelbar beeindruckend für einen #Python Programmierer, denn in Python steht kein call-with-current-continuation zur Verfügung...

Hab hier ein Tab mit einem Buch offen, was eine wirre History-These aufstellt, bei der man schon am Klappentext sieht, dass das ganze haltlos ist. Aber weil das ganze doch recht kreativ ist, hat man den Drang ins Buch reinschmökern zu wollen...
