So help me out here. In checking, I’m seemingly a @pixelFed early adopter (since 2018, baby🤘) but I just don’t use it. I like photos, I like #photography—feck, I studied it and still make a few quid out of it—but I don’t understand how or perhaps why, to use it day to day when I can just share photos here. I feel I ought to enjoy photo-based social media, so what am I missing?

I'm not sure I really care, but am kinda curious: Across their network, BBC Radio seem obsessed with asking listeners to "just ask your smart speaker to 'Play 6 Music/Newscast/whatever'". Is this because they (and so in turn we) pay in an SEO keyword fashion for these phrases to activate said content and need to prove its value? #BBC #Radio #BBCRadio4 #BBC6Music

So my mother used to be a school teacher. She was out having lunch the other day and a guy approached her. “Eh miss, are you Mrs F****?, I think you used to teach me. I was a right bad kid. I think that this is perhaps the most frustrating weather conditions for #cycling. Too thawed for ice spikes, too risky to ride with reckless abandon. So indoors it is.

Winter has even got to my indoor-only bike this year. A #cycling #PSA: If you're prone to getting a sweat on, then check your handlebars once in a while. I've sweated a hole into mine.
