I'm really getting irritated at support pages being non #Accessibility .

Google and Firefox for starters.

WHITE pages where dark extensions don't work.

[#]Vision #Disability ? Too bad! No support for you!

I thought ok my extension doesn't work maybe because they have accessibility already baked into the pages.

This also works for small groups that organize to do, for lack of a better term, the right thing. They're heading in the right direction, then next time you notice them, somehow they've not only done some weird 180°, but they've gone off the deep end of not just conspiracy theory, which is not the insult you think it is, but seriously mentally unstable extreme conspiracy theory, the kind that is an insult. After a few weeks of headlines, you've magically forgotten about their good faith start.

I think IN GENERAL, people tend to overlook the whole concept of infiltration.

Let's pretend there was a social media platform that almost everybody & their grandma uses.

Now let's pretend that platform makes some business deals with the sitting president.

There are people working for this platform from both sides.

Pretty easy for opposing party employee to silently make some crazy changes that make the platform seem more sinister.

Well I guess some pages are still there but the fucking menu only has 3 items!

I swear to god they've hired somebody's buddy named John (don't take offense if your name is John, but historically speaking, they're always named John!) who used to be a bad ass (ish) back in the 90's but now hasn't changed from building html.

You bitch to high heaven about misinformation coming from nods to my right but you're just as bad.

Ex: I just saw a post saying that the White House website has taken away the Spanish page & the 404 page has a button that says "Go Home" & takes you to a page of Trump "pointing towards the exit"

Oh and Meta WILL be co-owner with TikTok if it's not already. I think it is already.

When creators upload a video now, if they have the messenger app on their phone, it opens.

And on Facebook & Instagram, you can now add your TikTok account.

@elfin they solved the problem of downtime. No refunds to porn subscribers for 2min 36sec downtime.

TikTok openly went down under the guise of a ban.

Then voila! Back up again.

Enough time to "update" with new software!

Hey Masto, I can't even remember the name of the video platform in the fedi because last I looked it was not done baking.

A lot of people on TikTok, and I mean a lot are saying they'll leave if Meta buys TikTok.

Prime opportunity. Helloooo.

But I know it's not done baking enough to onload all those people from TikTok.

Shame really.

DID YOU KNOW...

"A" Village People will be performing at Trump's inauguration but it's not the original Village People.

There was a lawsuit 4 years ago, and the name "Village People" was taken from the original band and given to an ex-member of the band who formed a NEW band and they are the ones performing.

BTW, in my search for a YouTube link, I ran across the new band singing YMCA and Trump "dancing" & good grief they can't sing. Also they all look like good ol' boys.
