@danhon Yeah, the standard way to get into the business of government tech contracting is to start by subcontracting to the prime contractor who won the contract, to build experience and position your company to be able to bid on contracts directly.
I believe there are also SBA programs that help new businesses get access to government business, I believe, e.g. 8(a).
