@Fullycaffeinated Yeah I've been watching videos about molded chocolates. That's how I know it's a hobby: more and more equipment to buy. I've already bought special dipping tools, and little paper glassine cups, and little boxes (arriving today) to put them in to give away. Whereas the chocolate itself is strictly Aldi, because I'm trying to keep it cheap. If I bought molds they'd be polycarbonate, and with that investment I wouldn't be able to stop, next thing you know I'd be buying expensive coating chocolate and edible metallic dusts and food colorings to decorate the molds...Just say no.
