• Once again my warning of "I'm not qualified to do this job" was ignored, so I turned up, did very little, and got a lot of studying done instead.

• I did a workout even though I was tired. Even a tiny amount of moving my body is good to keep the momentum going.

• A roof over my head. A heated home. Nutritious food in my belly.
