I crossed the bay bridge and they sent me an automated bill. Currently I can't pay it because:
- it can't find my invoice number, which mixes capital letters and numbers and is 13 digits long
- the QR codes on the bill are not true QR codes, they translate to a invoice number not a URL
- you fill out three fields, but error messages don't indicate which of the fields is wrong
Once again I'm begging anyone who operates a public service that they try using their own service once a week.
