We can consider wealth to be a transnational plutocracy in this age because musk and the rest of the Silicon Valley crazies are quite happy and already do collaborate with Putin just as they are collaborating with all the other right wing leaders in Europe and around the world.
If you have ever heard of the business plot, it’s gone global.
