@kingu Nazis. Many absolutely hated christianity. The only reason they didn't ban it was that the vast majority of the country was christian, so they simply couldn't. Though they did try to make their own version not based on biblical truths etc. Especially the parts shared with Judaism.
They couldn't outright ban it, but if they could I am sure they would have (like witchchraft, horoscopes, etc).
