I just though about a situation I had forgotten about.

In Japan, companies need to register as entities and "Twitter" was registered as "Twitter Japan".

When Twitter turned 𝕏 , Yoshiki (from the music group X-Japan) send a provocative "Just try it, I dare you..." kind of message to Musk.

So, end of the story, I thought about this and checked and it is now called "X Corp. Japan"

I am always amazed when the car peopel post this kind of image on Facebook with comments about how stupid it is, how the city overdo it, how money is wasted on signs instead of helping the homeless...

But they always fail to understand WHY they end up placing so many signs...

They also fail to understand they need to stop there.

♦️ 1968 - Arthur Brown: The first artist to use dark theatrical makeup with his band The Crazy World of Arthur Brown. His psychedelic and demonic style laid the foundation for shock rock.

♦️ 1973 - Alice Cooper: Took macabre makeup to the next level, adding fake blood and a horror aesthetic that influenced generations.

♦️ 1974 - KISS: Though their makeup was more superhero-like than terrifying, they helped popularize the idea of impactful stage looks in rock and metal.

♦️ 1983 - Mercyful Fate: King Diamond embraced a darker, occult-inspired makeup style, adding horror theatrics.

♦️ 80s & 90s - Norwegian Black Metal: Bands like Mayhem, Darkthrone, Immortal, and Gorgoroth turned corpse paint into a symbol of darkness, misanthropy, and rebellion against religion, solidifying its place in extreme metal.

From theatrical to terrifying, corpse paint is now a key part of black metal culture. 🎭🔥
