I'm really happy my employer hasn't given up on DEI despite the current political climate. Their attitude as a hospital seems to be that patients will have better outcomes if they're treated by medical staff who speak their language and understand where they're coming from culturally. It's the right attitude, and I think businesses that accept the same basic logic- their employees can serve customers better if they understand customers better- will do well long-term.
