Times like this I miss a small company where the entire ops team is me & one dude, so if I can't fix it I know to poke Jack.

We have a small country's worth of IT and Operations and Cloud and RelEng and and and... and I don't know who to tell "shit's busted".

So it's early lunch for me. I poked my TL and Director, and now we Trust In The Bureaucracy.
