Plan was to take the weekend off anyway, rest up and resume Monday while CI runs. Will have to be a bit careful ramping up next week.
I think to self-regulate I should have a rule for myself, no lifting on days I still have DOMS from the previous workout? That'll avoid the semi-permanent DOMS I got into a few times.

When I query an instance for somebody's Actor, I usually get (some subset of) their Following collection, right? Probably just their followees on my instance.
I would like that to include their followed hashtags.
Then, other instances could proactively send tagged posts to instances they know accounts are following them.
Definitely make it optional, probably per-server (importing a hashtag firehouse from dot-social, for instance, might suck).

I lifted today!
Continuing to ease back in, today I did some 40lb bench presses and 70lb DLs.
It's weird how my lung crap has affected lifting. After I load the plates, I have to sit a moment to catch my breath before I can lift the set, and again before I tidy up afterward.
Actually lifting again feels good. After getting sick last winter my performance tanked so badly it got just depressing and I ended up just walking away from the hobby for a while.

Do you know a way to help a dog get over fear of stairs?
When Boomer was a puppy, she kept jumping on the cat. They'd tumble down the stairs and it was painful and scary, and now Boo is terrified of stairs. She'll go down certain flights in my house, but the only stairs she'll go up is the one short flight by my front door.
She's 2½ now, and it's not any better.
I'm open to advice on overcoming fear in general, or stairs specifically.

So.
One of the things we do at work is generate invoices. There's a /pdf/invoices endpoint in the backend daemon. Billing data goes in, invoice PDF comes out.
The inside of that machine is cursed.
Near as I can tell, there's a full headless Firefox inside. The pdf subsystem uses Puppeteer to load a page that will render the payload through an HTML template, then prints it to PDF and sends that to s3 for the system to download or send to the client.

It occurs to me, there are a set of tools that everyone uses but nobody wants to. Ffmpeg and aws come immediately to mind.
They underpin most video editing and cloud, respectively, but their native ux is so utterly cursed that there are whole industries around building new ux for those two products. They add nothing new, they just take the suckage out of using the actual tool.
