FWIW, a graham cracker, a serving of instant mashed potatoes, and 2 servings of apple juice does not give you enough energy to shower and dry your hair without getting lightheaded.
That was my food consumption yesterday :/ Trying for more today.
Prior to crawling out of bed, I thought I was at about 85% recovered. Now I’m not so sure.
