As an aside, the House Un-American Activities Committee, formed as Nazi Germany was preparing to invade Poland, and Nazi concentration camps were in operation, didn’t worry itself about Nazism. Nope, it worried about communism.
As someone recently declared un-American by the President of the USA, not for communism but for “gender ideology”, I can’t say I’m surprised to see that as American Nazism is on the rise, the country again finds a different boogyman…
