@82mhz I do something similar to this, too. On Sunday's I try to disconnect completely, while still getting messages from family. So, I setup PiHole to block everything except a specific set of URL's for the chat app. I can turn if on or off by changing the device to the "LAN_Days" group.
Only problem is I self-host almost everything and I still have access to the LAN đ
