I have about a week left on my Fastmail trial and have been debating signing up for a year. I emailed the support team today with a couple of enquiries and they replied in about 1-2 hours with an excellent reply and sorted the query. Actual support from real people, especially that quickly, seems to be near impossible these days. I think there certainly solidified my decision to jump in.
