I have about a week left on my Fastmail trial and have been debating signing up for a year. I emailed the support team today with a couple of enquiries and they replied in about 1-2 hours with an excellent reply and sorted the query. Actual support from real people, especially that quickly, seems to be near impossible these days. I think there certainly solidified my decision to jump in.

@maique Hey Maique. I have a boring email question for you, if you don't mind ... you mentioned that you use Fastmail, but forward it all to HEY to manage things there. What do you do with the emails that are forwarded? Do you just leave everything in the Fastmail inbox? Or do you delete / archive them? This sounds like an interesting idea, but I assume Fastmail is then filled up with various useless emails over time, if you leave or archive them?

I think the 'local' timeline on my Masto instance of choice (social.lol) might be the friendliest feed on the internet. It's packed full of some of the most decent, friendliest folks I've ever interacted with on the internet. No hyperbole, just cold hard facts!
