I tend to run things very conservatively, but I’ve been happy with how MediaWiki runs with Postgres. I haven’t run into any issues, though I don’t run anything but the stock plugins.
ClassicPress is the last thing I host for people that still runs MySQL. One day I’ll have a solution for that as well.
