@ChristinWhite I'm on lemmy.blahaj.zone, and I find it to be a well moderated and safe community. I trust Ada a lot in terms of moderation. Haven't used the Sharkey instance a whole lot because it wasn't very compatible with my favorite clients, and I prefer the Mastodon web client, but the short time I did use it, I didn't find any issues with it.
