Another little demo of a #Synthesizer / #plugin on #Linux.
TAL-U-No-LX is a #Roland #Juno60 clone with some features added. TAL-Dub-X is a dub delay effect. Both are cross-plattform payware by #TAL Software aka Patrick Kunz.
I like both of them, even though the synth doesn't fit my current interests. Because it is just a plain old classic synth. Well, being an affordable plain classic synth is what the first Junos were all about! And this is still what many people want.
I tried to re-create some sounds from my original Juno 106 and I must say I'm getting close, but without the notoriously noisy analog chorus of the early Junos.
So if you're looking for a traditional synth sound, check this one out. TAL also has a #Jupiter8 clone.
Note that my version in the video is outdated, later ones feature a delay and a reverb and MIDI Clock – a feature I had asked Patrick to add, and he did!
