@timrichards @david Properties around the Yamba (NSW) area do get submerged during floods. Most places are only a couple of metres above sea level but new developments still being approved. They truck in hundreds of loads of fill to try and raise the ground level of the development 🙄🤦♀️ When banks and insurance companies stop lending and insuring them there might be some pause for thought.
