I have to give another shout out to libro.fm for your audio book needs. This time for fast, easy customer service.

I had a loan pending from my library for the new Yarros book "onyx storm" but it wasn't expected for a few weeks.

Impatient, I bought it on libro.fm. had listened to about an hour of it, then next day the Libby loan came through.
