everyone is looking for the fight. we're coming out swinging at the slightest provocations -- at friends and enemies alike. i get it. i'm freaking out too.

but we're in this for the long haul. we'll only make it through if we have each other to lean on.

in no particular order…

• choose your battles

• don't make enemies from allies

• try not to rise to every troll

• enjoy the small things: family, friends, food

• have a beer

• go for a walk

• take a nap

• make something

• fix something

• rest
