@sellathechemist in my experience giving feedback can be difficult after an interview. I can see why you might take the lazy approach of using AI. Rejection is not easy particularly at the start of a career. Having an jumped up algorithm won't make it easier. Using AI as a means of compliance with employment law doesn't seem suitable given the drivel they can produce.
