Proposal: All people who reach 1 billion dollars in wealth (in assets or cash) are shot to Mars.

At the government's expense, of course.

I'm sure they can build something there with their work ethic, creativity and assertiveness.

Let them show how it really works from scratch. Without food. Without water. And without a breathable atmosphere.
