@crazypedia I take a different approach. Ill do the horrble thing as fast and fucked up as I can, have all sorts of strange bugs and half baked features, then get it off into maintenance so it becomes more than me burning time. My goal is to make the shitty thing soo expensive and annoying any decent capitalist would give up on it. Because either way Im getting paid the same. This is the tech equivalent of "Im hourly, what do you expect"
