I'm not really worried about the culture at work, it's probably as friendly you can get at a MegaCorp™ honestly.
I've been here a long time, so not sure others would have a better pulse, maybe.
Highly doubtful my MegaCorp™ has any way for the last bit of stuff to happen. Everything's going to be documented and have safeguards that it happens by the book, whatever that is.
I do know there are out trans people working at my MegaCorp™ already. I just don't know those people unfortunately.
