since v0.9.0 we can share @FitTrackee activities with granular privacy controls for public, followers and private, meaning everybody on internet with a link, people that follows you in your instance¹ and only you.
In my activity I have shared elevation profile and data from my run but have hidden map image.
I presume equipment/apparel associated with this activity could also be shared. Maybe in future versions.
