since v0.9.0 we can share @FitTrackee activities with granular privacy controls for public, followers and private, meaning everybody on internet with a link, people that follows you in your instance¹ and only you.
In my activity I have shared elevation profile and data from my run but have hidden map image.
I presume equipment/apparel associated with this activity could also be shared. Maybe in future versions.

Pasta de cores con cogomelos
Ingredientes
Poñemos AOVE nunha tixola ampla e engadímoslle a graxa do xamón picada en tacos pequeniños a lume suave ata que cambia de cor, para que solte a súa propia graxa.
Mentras picamos o pemento morrón en tacos pequenos, o allo e cebola picados miúdos, e a zanoria en láminas (coa raspadora) e engadímolos á tixola a lume vivo un par de minutos e despois baixámolo un pouco para que se faga lentamente.
Picamos os cogomelos en anacos dun tamaño xeneroso (non demasiado pequeno) e engadimolos á tixola cando xa o anterior está pochado, salgamos e picamoslle unhas poliñas de perexil deixando facer a lume vivo para que solte a auga e baixamos o lume axiña para que queden tersas e non se desfagan (ao gusto persoal).
Mentras repousa a lume baixo, nunha pota a parte poñemos auga abundante con sal e cocemos a pasta, non deixala moi «ao dente» para que despois absorba ben o sabor.
Escurrímos a pasta e botámola na tixola, subimos a lume vivo un par de minutos misturando suavemente cunha culler de pau.
Servir e consumir inmediatamente para apreciar o olor e sabor.
O «secreto» da receita é o sabor intenso que aporta o touciño do xamón xunto co tipo de cogomelo que utilices.

³ tipo espirais, tubos, caracois, farfalle
