Look, organic chicken is $23 for a tiny, anaemic chicken. Duck is $30 for four times as much meat. I don't care if you think duck is "posh", it's a goddamn duck, it's about as common as chicken, and it's way cheaper per serving. Stop buying so much damn chicken?
