Well, if he stops being aware where he is and starts shitting and pissing himself while meeting people - I feel like even republicans would vote to have his vice take over....tho then comes the issue that his vice president is not remotely in the realm of being a good person either.

First they'd try to hide him wondering around the whitehouse though, like babysiting an incontinent toddler.
